Auto To Manual

This isnt a joke i am serious about this. yes the picture looks crappy cause i cant edit .

now .. is it possible to do this while disabling the trigger to move gears like the lexus shifters ? and have the O/D button on the side or something? cause the lexus has no trigger to change into gears but just holding brakes. i really want this done just for looks wondering if AT ANY WAY its possible

I'm not sure what you mean. You want to switch the whole tranny or just the shiftknob..?

i dont know if there is a way around the button. if there is i wouldnt trust it, like if you flying and you by mistake knock into a lower gear, by by tranny/motor!!!!

the o/d is easily modified. the knobs mound 2 different ways. and the lock can be modified as well.

you will have to find a way to mount the manual knob on since it twist on originally. the auto if i can remember right is held in by a set screw. the o/d over ride can be fixed by a momentary switch, and the lock will have to be modified a little so it can move when needed and not when locked.

no its a google picture . but i do have the upgraded interior kit . so i have the aluminum shifter etc etc

is this a job a man who has no mechanical skills can do or would any shops touch this?
