what do i cook with rice? im tryin to gain weight
yup title says it, tryin to gain a good 10 lbs by august 1st, im liftin harder than ever and takin my protein shakes and i wana make brown rice my staple food, just don know what to cook with it??

Well yeah chicken for one and yeah they do made precooked chicken stuff in your freezer section but also beef is good and eggs......If you want one of my boys is big into weightlifting and benches like 400+, I could ask him some helpful hints or just give him your email or something.
