We used to never fight with weapons. Where I was from, they cost too much.LOL.
I cant count the amount of times me and the "mob" got into it with people. Most the time is was a few choice words and it was over. Every so often it would escalate into some fist being thrown. Nobody used weapons though... for the most part. I cant tell you how many fights Ive been in. It wasnt that many but I've never been hit once. I always struck hard and fast to win and dominate. If it looked like it was going bad, I'd flip that little "crazy" switch in my head and start swinging. I had braces through most of high school and I did not want to take a hit so I was always the aggressor when someone started shit.

I dont care what anyone says. Fighting is part of being human. It builds character and confidence. So you get a broken nose or at worst a busted wrist. There is alot to be gained from winning a one on one confrontation as a teen ager. Without WEAPONS, hardly anyone ever dies. On the same hand, getting your ass whipped for having a big mouth can build just as much positive character.

Its all good. I say, SWING AWAY!

People in our generation are punks in sorry to say but I had a link to the older generation (way older brother) where you scrap for respect and dignity.. We never had to pick up weapons but when there are more then one against you it is only FAIR to grab and equalizer... I only got jumped once and it didn't turn out too well for the 3 that tried to take me. Though they blacked my left eye from a blind side, they got more then they bargained for... I used to fight MMA (nothing big mostly local gyms) and I wish I could afford to train all the time and become a full time fighter but that isnt how the cards fell...
