Same here man....Everything on my stang right now was done by the previous owner cause i don't want to throw money into a sixxer (It has gears, k&n Intake, dual exhaust, and JET Performance chip)

yeah i got a sixer for a DD, ive got your basic bolt ons and some nice cosmetic mods, but other than that i wont spend any more on it other than maintenance, a new paint job was enough money into it, and i still dont have it back

but when i do get it back it will be a very sharp looking car, slow, but good lookin lol

but its still not near as fun to work on as the mach is

I was thinking i might get a fox. I would love to restore a 68 fastback, but that is way too much money

it is expensive, and i bought my mach 1 in decent shape, but still enough old parts to keep crappin out on me

Yeah, i bet it is...how much have you put into it so far?

And i'm just 16 with a job at sonic, so restoring a classic would be really hard. A fox on the other-hand won't be as hard since parts are easily available.

ive owned it for about a year now, and just in general maintenance (no mods) ive probably spent 2k replacing old shit and still have plenty to go, although it runs great its just a matter of time before another old part goes, but it gives me a chance to restore it over time

Will you be keeping the original engine or are you going to swap it?
