Ordered a pair of Nitto 555rs. June 23rd put a deposit down, was told 3-4 days. After 3 phone calls over a couple weeks i finally get them to give me date. "about a mounth" WTF?? This is the first time i have ever gotten bad serviece there. I wont be going back to that pritcualr location anymore. Supposly there is a 3-4mounth back up on all Nitto tires..anybody hear that too, i think its BS and they are just trying to make it seem like they are acutally doing me a favor.

Ya not that ive been buying tires for 30yrs but eversense i have had a car i go there. Dont know what the hell is going on. If they would have told me upfront about a mnth i would have re thought the purchase. They guy told me order them on Fri have them here the following mon.

I though discount tire was supposed to be cheap but I found my Nittos locally and they wanted less mounted and balanced than discount tire wanted for just the tires.

AM has them cheaper. i think they have a really good warrenty that you can get. saved my butt on my BFG drs. Orderd a new pair bout week later one got a big ass nail and i got a new one for free..just had to pay 7bucks for the road warrenty

I don't like that store either. My mom has gone to that store and they have given her shit. There are probably 5 other stores with in 15 minutes of there. Don't waste your time with them. I'll check on those for you at work tomorrow. If they are available, they will take less than a day to get to what ever store you order them for. Discount tire direct has a warehouse in grand prarie that stocks all the nitto's. They just have to send a carrier to come pick them up. Will cost you about 15 bucks to have them brought there that day. If they tell you more, tell them to fuck off.

Discount tire will beat anybodies price out the door by $10 bucks. Discount tire is a multi-billion dollar company, they are willing to lose money on 10% of there business to gain customers. Our owner is all about family and customers.

^hell ya man. I was so disappointed but that more than makes up for it thank you so much. Im not sure if you can see the order but they guy that orderd them, which was very professional, told me about the extra 15$ and i beleive is added in to what i left to owe. Again thank you for looking into that.

thats how it is for me too. my 18 inch drag radial nitto 555r only cost me $160 per tire and that includes the mounting and balancing
