shit i saw this vid, and of course i cant find it now, of drifting in a rally race where the guy got squirrelly and ran down the entire crowd in a turn. it was fucked up, and they had those same barriers.

That truck to do that has to be making around 3000lbs of torque. I've seen frames bend and twist before, but never that violently. We have a few trucks that are turned up, and they don't launch like that. I'm sure that the trailer was part of the culprit, but that was probably only 40ton loaded. Our heavy loads got 100 tons+

i was gonna say, they are pushing way more than 3k ft. lbs. i've seen a dodge with a cummins twin turbo'd making 2500lbs and that was just a little cummins. those trucks are making huge power its insane!

Those little cummins, are basically scaled down engines. The old P7100 pumped 12v are identical to big Cummins.

yeah and they get crazy power out of them too, i can't imagine what a fully built big rig with massive boost can create. literally tons and tons of torque

Our one lowboy is putting out a lowly 1300+ hp and 3400lbs. This is a working tractor that is used to move big equipment. It started life as a stock Cat 3406 425, but it's been masaged by The Hot Rod Shop in NY
