6-8 weeks for wheels? That seems like a long time. $150 restocking fee seems real steep too. My davice would be to wait patiently for your wheels and never use them again.

I called back and said why do I have to pay a restocking fee when there is nothing to restock. Let me tell you what they said when they had this.. They said that their is a 10% Cancellation fee that is no where to be seen on their website. I then said well i noticed that on every forum I look at they all complain about the same thing so why not post it. He said he would and that forums are just a bunch of people who always complain and never have anything good to say.

Like I said, Federal law, they HAVE to grant a full refund, call your credit card company and have the order removed because they couldn't fulfill their shipping obligation. 6-8 weeks is well beyond that reasonable shipping time expected for online orders. If they charge a restocking fee to the card, call the card again and have it removed since they don't have to restock shit, the thing never got shipped in the first place! Then call back the company and tell them all this as well.

And failure to issue a cancellation form, or complete posting of penalties and fees in the receipt entitles the company to 0, ZERO, nilch, nada, zippo, null, goose eggs.

yea, the slang is "Cool down" law, basically a redo for people who make ill-informed purchases or realize the purchase they made wasn't a good one.
