just planning on restoreing it when he retires. like just repaint it, maybe but a better brake system on it seeing that it still has drum brakes. and put the old hockey graphic on in it that says 307.

but ya he wishs he got a Z/28 or a SS396
most of all he wishes he got a 67 mustang GT but ehh he said it didn't handle as good as the camaro.

Gotta love the classic cars, made back when everything was made in USA and out of steel (not plastic).

In 1998 my dad bought back his first NEW car... a 69 Chevelle SS 396. His first car was a 55 Chevy which is long gone by now.. here lately we have been working on the Chevelle nearly every day, restoring it.

The guy my dad bought it back from was the guy he sold it to. The dumb ass was using it as a storage unit; it was full of boxes and junk. The only reason he sold it back to dad was because it went through a flood

But everything is original and it has number-matching engine/tranny/frame etc. No rust either. Even has the factory AC. So far we have gone through everything and cleaned it all; the only thing we need to get it driving is a carburetor. It is the factory SS 396 350 HP model, so he wants to make it as original as possible, including the factory chambered exhaust, which was only available in 1969..

yea thats not going to be for a couple years maybe more lol
the Camaro still sitten in storeage. Until my pops retires or gets more time its going to be sittn there for alot longer lol
now if was mine i'd be there working on it right now.

Yea the Camaro is Accident Free/ and the Interior is All Orignal Leather has never been changed and still has the orignal Steel Hurst ball shifter.only thing hes changed is the mufflers and put dumped exhaust. Turbo Mufflers

(Turbo as in Brand)

God i can't wait till if fixs it up again. last time if started it up was back in 04 damn i can still remember when he started it up. Loud as hell.
