First Ride In An 03 Cobra OMG

Well we were at this auto place like 2 miles from my house called autospectrum. http://www.auto-spectrum.com/ is there site. These guys are quality work with the cars they handle. cobras of al lsorts, vettes, an your occasional import.

Long story short me and two buds were hanging out with the two owners for a good hour, when I told my dad he had to come up and check out the lot. Well long story short he budged and ended up test driving a sonic blue 03 cobra. Pulley, intake, dyno tune... something else up it's sleave. Long story short 442 rwhp and 462 torque.

We get in this thing and it was allready a dream come true. I see cobras in all the videos and the 03 has just been the one car for me so I had the biggest smirk on my face when I got to just sit in it. Well we started it and warmed her up and pulled on to obt. Crowded road didnt get to open her up much. Caught the font of a red light rolled to about 2000 in first hit it about half way shifting at 4000 and it was all spinning then second gradually came.

All I can say is it was the fastest car I'd ever driven in. Every gear just plants you in your seat.

Now my dad told the guys if they get a low mileage 03 cobra in black he'd get it. He had his complaints on the interior and I dont blame him but the cars pickup was just brutal that I know deep down he really really wants one. Lets see if he ment it. (ps I know you read this day)

Where is this place at? I am looking really hard for a fox stang to get for a daily driver. I saw you wrote down OBT but I don't think I've ever heard of them before.

obt by wisperlakes in southchase. They usually have two cars parked out front for advertisement. either a red an yellow z06 or a blue and red mach 1. They buy all there cars from auctions. No foxes on the lot but if you request one they will get it and cut you a damn good deal.

Great guys to deal with. They let us hang out with them all day they rev up there cars and are not afraid to let you know what the cars capable of.

But this all aside thats the most powerful car IVe ever been in. It's ashame we really couldnt open it up.

But like in order for my dad to get one it would need to be in prime condish 40 ish thousand miles... nice paintjob and decent interior with all the buttons working. But man that would be a dream come true. An 03-04 cobra sitting my familys driveway... whether its mine or not idc!!!!

A turbo that's going to give massive gains to the 03-04 Cobra WILL have a whine, or a whistle to it when you're WOT.

I guess you've never heard a turbo whistle before.
