rofl this thread is funny . i dont understand why people are bitching about someone getting a free car.. if you had to work for your shit then good for you . and since when is dreaming about a better car being ungrateful .. just because you desire a better car doesnt make you unappreciative to yours.. if my mom wants to buy me a mclaren i dont see why some of you guys need to cry about it.. flame me if you want but i dont see whats wrong with someone wanting better for them kids ...

The way I see it is, they want to give me 100 bucks, but I only want to take 10 bucks, cause whatever Favor I did, I did it for charisma, or whatever, not for money.

I have bought all my cars since I was 15 years old. Of course my first few cars were not high dollar cars. My first car, a Pontiac Lemans Sport cost me a whopping $500.00! :

Not what I said, I said you do nothing in return. And if your saying you wouldn't take it you're a liar, or you wouldn't be driving the car you are now.

I don't have a car right now, and I would'nt have gotten the car if I had'nt become an eagle scout... You think my dad is dumb enough to give me a car just like that? if so, you are greatly mistaken... My first car was his run down 97 Avalon, and tha's cause he bought himself a Tundra.

I told my dad I wanted a 240sx, he said no, cause it was old and didn't have modern safty equiment, so I told him, get me a Mustang, I never thought he'd actually buy it... I just said that to see if he changed his mind about the 240.

no it's not the person getting you the car thats the issue or even the actual recipient. the issue is the whiny kids who complain about the cars that they got for FREE. and the douchebags who put no work into a car and bitch about it. but other than that i can see where your coming from.

like they say, u can't know happiness without sadness

and i think it holds true for the rich kids with w/e they want.. u can't really appreciate something until you know what its like to go without it

it may be cool to them to drive mommy's mustang around, but the average joe that worked his way up to even a shitty mustang will appreciate it a LOT more than 16yo jimmy will, especially when it breaks and he dont want it any more
