I was planning on getting a single Pypes axel back until I get a job and can get true duals, but I'm starting to think it sounds a bit ricy.

Thats what I was thinking. And the next cheapest single axel back, the flowmaster I think is like waaay more.

And I don't have money to get duals any time soon. Sheeit.

Yea it does a bit, but I personally dont think its too bad. Its up to you though if you like it get it.

I don't like the sound that much, but having a stock mustang is almost as bad as not having one at all!

I know it won't make much of a difference, but I still want one.

If only it was deeper!

Not legally in California, unless the cats are on seperate pipes. If there's a y-pipe before the catalytics, you'll fail smog if you put dual exhuast on, even if you do it "right" and have the exhust going through the same amount of catalytic converters (i.e. 2 on one pipe becoming 4 across 2 pipes).

The only way to do it legally, is to motor swap to a model-year-newer V8.

Too much of a pain in the ass for me, especially for a sixxer. I'd rather just run smog legal.

i almost regret putting duals on my v6, it sounds great idling but it sounds like shit when u rev it, and i dont want it to sound like shit when i drive by people at a high rpm, and i have the o/r h pipe with flow original 40s, maybe i just got to break them in or put on an h pipe with cats on it, but it sounded better stock

my friend has an 05+ v6 mustang and has a single exhaust and it doesnt sound bad at all, id ask him what muffler he got but he's in iraq lol
