clear coat?

hey guys tinted the tails today with niteshades.. any one know of a way to gloss them up a bit? i tried krylons gloss clear, but that didnt work at all.. any other suggestions?

how bright are they when you hit the brakes? ive been wantin to do mine but they would look like ass if they were flat black. if you figure how to gloss em up pm me the stuff you used. your car is bad ass

bump cause my friend just tinted his tail lights too and I'm wondering if there's anything that can be done to gloss them too...aside from replacing it with vinyl tint...

damn dude i tinted my taillights and my friends jetta..but i used model master transparent black window tint spray...it came out glossy..i put clear on one and it dulled it down so i redid it
