my mustang in general

a few know how much i hate fords including the mustang. i am ready to throw the whole build thing off and just got to another one of my projects. i would love to trade it off, but i have a lot of time in it and not to mention its almost paid off. i am going in circles lately with work, building a couple motors, and of course my pos that will never do what i want it to do. i have always like the look of the mustang, but have never had any type of luck with any ford. just like holley carbs, they never seem to work right. i just trying to stay on track with this car and respect the mustang and all the mustang enthusiast, but this car is really pissing me off

i would love to, i would except for the $$$ i have in the trans and some gifts i recieved over the years that go to the 4.6. i unfortunatelly know more about the modulars than my belove ls motors (i know more than i would of ever thought of), i have lost touch with the gm world because i do so much homework on this car.

They are just a very basic pushrod motor. But I understand what you mean, don't give up the hope.

its not the basics, i try to learn all the ins and outs of everything i deal with. i have messed with a lot of ls motors, but i just lost the general feel for them. i am so wrapped up with modulars that i cant seem to find my groove again with the ls motors. i am a true pontiac person at heart, and always will be. i am getting back into the old school pushrod motor building again for a couple engines, what a relief!!! i have 2 sbc's to build and possibly another modular. i just cant seem to catch a break and let things fall into place with anything.

it may be faster in the strait, but i gaurantee you i will out run it in the curves. all the builds i have done personally are based around street fun and pump gas. mine will run mid to low 10's when done, and will be taken to hallet (road course) as well.

i am a die hard chevy guy. but have a v6 mustang. and have big plans for it.
but got tired of it so decided to put it on hold for a little, and move to something more my style. so i bought a 72 chevelle, and it is now waiting for a BBC to be swapped into it.

i am a die hard pontiac guy, pre 82 when pontiac was their own division under gm and made their own motors. i have an 85 chevy short wide which will be my lightning killer. hoping to take care of that project next year. then i have an 80 trans am that will be a mean mother when done.
