Great customer service for a change


My Lynksis router finally died. I've had it for about 3 years. I just spent the last couple hours on the phone with their tech department.

Amazing! Their resolution? Sending me a brand new router! WTF? I've had it for years. Thats unheard of.

for anyone thats thinking about getting a router, go with Lynksis. I have never had one single issue with it over the years. When I finally have one, they replace it for free.

I wish more companies did this.

sounds good man.

Since we're on the topic, I've only had two problems setting up my wireless router (airlink101)

both times I contacted customer support, they gave me the step by step in how to get the connection back in my router. They even went out their way and helped me figure out why dad's computer won't connect to the internet even though it wasn't connected to the router. I'd recommend them.
