You'll gain back all the weight you lose. That's not really a healthy way to lose weight either.

yeah there is no such thing as losing water weight because right after you drink something, you gain it rght back.

But, you do burn some calories while in a sauna because of the high heat.

if u need the waterwieght off run ur balls off in full sweats then hop in the sewner naked and scrape off ur sweat with something. I used a plastic folder. Im assuming ur wrestling or something cus thats the only reason why u would want to lose water wieght. And oviously dnt drink or eat anything if ur consrned about weigh in.

yea man its really really really bad for you man.. water is life, you should lose about a pound a week of healthy weight, and it isnt going to fly off.. what is your body type? are you a pudgy little guy, a skinny kid trying to make weight for something? of just wanting to drop a little weight?

exercising to the point of sweating = burning more calories

exercise is better for losing weight..

and losing water weight isn't good.. u shud drink before, during, and after u exercise

if you're thirsty while exercising, it's already too late
