Whats for Dinner? ***Warning Dead/Shot Deer Pics Inside***

THis is my Uncle Kevin and his take for this year...Its a decent sized buck...He got it in an area that is natorious for big arse deers...Thats why its called a "Ridge Road Big Boy" its right down the road from my house in Kentucky...Damn I wish I was home so I could go hunting...I normally bag 2 a year...I feild strip them myself...Then take the quaterrs and such up to a local butcher nad have them make deer burger, summer sausage, deer sausage (hot and mild), deer sausage links (hot and mild), deer tender loin, deer steaks, and pretty much anything else he can think up of...Alot of the time I get the bones ground up and use them in my catfish bait for the summer...It works pretty good...

Anyone else a hunter? If so post them pics...

I love to deer hunt. Didn't get to do any last year though, I am going home for Christmas, and Arkansas has an extra 3 day hunt the three days after Christmas. I'll hopefully get a chance to go then!

Yeah I am lucky I get to hunt on private land in Kentucky not far from my house...I get at least 1 per year...Normally 2...Between my dad, my brother, and myself we normally have 6 deer in the deep freeze up in the garage before winter really starts...

Nice kill! I havent hunted in the last few years but weve still had deer meat in the freeze every year. Im joining a lease next year 4000 acres of dirt roads, mud holes, hills and a bunch of old boys that like to keep thier trucks dirty from chasing dogs. I cant wait till next season.

hey bossman do you hunt in Arkansas? I have been a member along with my dad at a camp in Bearden. Real close to Fordyce and Camden if you know where that is. I think we are leasing about 8,000 acres from Deltic timber Co. And yeah, when we aren't hunting were out getting our trucks and fourwheelers burried ass deep in mud! :award

Yeah. The lease that I'll be joining next year is just up Hwy 9 from Malvern. Its called Locust Hill. Its really cool. You can drive for days and never get on a public road.
