This is concerning
Cartels threaten hits in U.S. - El Paso Times
so what are your thoughts? Mine are that its scary since my college is like a 10-20 minute walk away.

I doubt you have to worry about hitmen.....unless you are dealing and taking away from business......but i would have to say that you would be overlooked in this matter. Not they plan on send suicidal trigger happy maniacs to nearby college campuses just over the border.
