so after going in and activating new phones for the 4th time i finally got a brand new phone shipped from the warehouse with a new batter, charger, usb cord, vcast cd, manual and everything. there were problems with my old phone like no other. just problem after problem. i went in on sunday and told them that i didnt want the voyager anymore (i paid 215 incl. tax.) so i wanted to get the Dare because i haven't heard anything bad about it. and it is the same price i bought my phone for. well they said no and all this crap and if i wanted it i had to pay 100 dollars but i didnt want to cuase i need to save my money and my contract is up in 1 year and 2 months. well anyways she finally offered to ship a brand new one from the warehouse. well i was expecting just the phone without a battery like the other ones have been, i was wrong. it came with all that stuff i mentioned above. this one looks hopeful because its the new Titanium so they should have all the firmware and software kinks out for them to release a new version of the phone. it also has Visual Voicemail! and CityID.

they pissed me off. i was told that if i bought insurance for my phone and broke it i got a new phone for free. well damn was i wrong. i had to pay $50 for them to replace it. but other than that i like verizon

Asurion is not Verizon. Asurion is the insurance company, and it's a $50 deductible, and it's a hell of a lot better than paying $150+ for a new phone.

depends on what the issue was. Asurion takes care of liquid damage, physical damage, and whatever else Verizon can not take care of to get a credit back from the Manufacturer.

I have a blackberry curve from them. I was a technician for Verizon for 6 months until they decided to lay off all technicians in zone 10(that was my zone). I was subcontracted by them. The thing is even though I was laid off. The service is great and I'm happy to keep it. I love my blackberry also.

i am in love with this phone. i can't wait to do some research on the visual voicemail to see if its worth the 2.99 ONE TIME subscription. also when someone calls or i call someone it says where their from. the whole color scheme and menus are just way better, the scrolling is improved, the touchscreen is almost perfect. way better than the old voyager. TITANIUM FTW!
