tail light tint

im looking to tint my headlights and tail lights and have a few questions

where is the best place to buy?
i want to get pretty dark but not if it isnt going to let any light through
i am leaning towards getting the tint instead of the spray but am unsure, im not worried about having trouble spraying it on, i am pretty good at painting things, but i AM worried about leaving bubbles and scratching the crap out of tint and not being able to line it up just right.

could some of you post pictures of what tint you have and how it looks at night without brakes applied and how it looks during the day?

Why not just buy the plastic covers that pop on and off?

well i used the spray it called transparent black window tint

here some pics and still let light go through

im not a big fan of them, and they drastically reduce the amount of light that comes through, it would be like driving around with only your parking lights on

rejectstang how much tint did you need? and how long did it take you to do?

Get tint, if the police bitch you can take it off and not have to replace the whole unit. At autobadges.com they have 2 options, "tint" which is what I have looks great, and then "black out" which is extremely dark and still very nice. If I remeber right they were 50ish for the pair and went on extremely smooth.

The plastic pops off too easy IMO. Kinda looks cheap also.

i like how the tint doesnt have a hazy look, its like the plastic was made that color

Yea I liked that too, that company was very good, and got the tint if a few days if I remember right.

im goin to do my friends taillight but the store i use to buy it from moved ....

Here is the website, they were $65, not $50 like I thought. It took all of maybe 10-15 min to put on extremely simple.
