I might have to break down and get a job at walmart. anyone on here working there? how are the benifits?

i worked with a guy making 7.50 in high school at a job i worked, then wal-mart offered a job for 8.50, so he took it just unloading shit at night off the trucks... they pay good, especially full time, but you work with the lowest of the social ladder if you arent higher than store management

ive been thinkin of doing the same, part time tho...only bc i have experience in produce, and my buddy who worked there in the summer has the same amount of experience as me and got 10 and hour

they offer u all kinds of incentives to keep u there if ur good

my friend worked there for a while and they offered him training to be a manager and shit

then again, he was a business major in college so i dunno if that had anything to do with it

i work at Sam's Club and i love it there. 8.65 an hour is good pay for a college student, when the min. wage is 7 bucks. also i get paid a dollar more an hour on sundays and i work 8 hours if not more on sundays. i am also getting a promotion in a couple weeks and will be making .9 more an hour

my uncle has hemophillia and he has to get life flighted to the hospital when he gets cuts or bruises
