my mom tricked me when i was little, i had my front 4 baby teeth removed and it didnt hurt a single fuckin bit and i was awake the whole time

but the blood.. oh the blood! it was so fucking disgusting

dude we are in the same position, I am getting one of my wisdom teeth out Thursday. I'm pretty scared not gonna lie, specially because 2 days before I go to get it removed I have to have a root canal done. I'm screwed.

ok im back. they got all 4 of them out in about an hour. it doent hurt at all when they were doing it, but now that the novacaine is wearing off, its starting to feel a little sore. jess just went to fill my script for hydrocodone. once shes home, im gonna pop one and feel great!!!

the nitrous is great, made me feel drunk as hell and super relaxed. whoever said they are getting theirs done on thursday, its not that bad man. the worst part was the actual shots to numb it, and the sounds (even though it wasnt much). my demntist said i had the weirdest 4 wisdom teeth hes ever poulled in 40 yrs of him being a dentist. so just think, yours probably arent going to be quite as bad as mine were and im telling you it was a cake walk so far. ill update tomorrow with hopw i feel after they arent numb anymore

The worst part of having them removed is not being able to eat anything "real" for a few days and if you get them, dry sockets! Don't suck on anything and keep the wound clean and you shouldn't get dry sockets.

Mine weren't too bad. i got e'm out a few weeks ago...My jaw was sore for a week or 2...It dind't really "hurt" it was just uncomfortable and annoying. lol. Made sleeping suck...all good now...percoset and oatmeal were my best friends

i was given tylonal 3's....they knocked my ass out, and thats a good thing because u sleep and u dont feel how bad they fucking hurt haha

i got mine removed by Navy Dental back in 2001. i was wide awake for the whole thing, no giggle gas for me, just a local. i only had 3 wisdom teeth, and all 3 came out. 2 came out no problem, but the last one just wouldn't give. they had to break it and remove it in pieces. i drove myself home that day. i got a scrip for Motrin and one for Tylox (tylenol w/ codeine). i took one of each when i got home and proceeded to slip into a coma for the next 10 hours. eating was challenging. my mouth was sore as hell and one side of my jaw bruised pretty bad, too. i did have stitches in one spot (where they had to break the tooth). that's Navy dental for ya...

I had my bottom two taken out, my top two came in fine. They didnt put me out neither, but I would have liked them to lol. The shots hurt like hell, but the opperation you cant feel one bit. You will swell up like a chipmonk after the surgery, whatever you dont dont eat pizza like I did, the sauce burns like a mofo lol. The stitches are kinda awekward to have removed but it wasnt a big deal still kinda tender though. All in all its really not that bad, I was scarred shitless also, but Ive never had any other surgeries at all so had no idea waht to expect.

alls i know is that it sucks if an army "dentist" does it. dude gave me 36 shots to numb me (didn't put me to sleep).. all 4 were impacted, and 2 got infected a week later. make sure you put an old pillow case on your pillow, cuz you'll bleed all over it in your sleep.

It's really not that bad. I had mine taken out a couple days before my birthday and I ended up getting a sinus infection AND a throat infection. But the day I got them taken out, I remember NOTHING. My mom said we went to Wal-Mart and I rode in the wheel chair trying to pop a wheelie. Then at like 10:30, my boyfriend said he called and I was just a talking and then I stopped and said, "Sweetie, I've gotta let you go because I have to go somewhere", he knew I was out of it and he said, "Well Hunny I love you and be careful!" and I replied back with, "Well Sweetheart I love you to, but dont worry, I'll be careful.....I ain't goin' far" and I hung up. I don't remember it but he told me about me telling him about going to Wal-Mart...lol.

But I had to eat soft stuff for a couple of days and I lost a good bit of weight...but you gotta think, I had those infections too. I healed VERY well, but it took a while before I could completely open my mouth without it hurting and it didn't help that I work at a place where I have to talk a lot. But honestly...it ain't that bad. Just be prepared to have HUGE cheeks for a few days lol

Mine hurt like fuck. For at least a week. Got swollen and blue too. It sucks, constant bleeding. I hope your experience isnt as bad as mine was.

And I only got two taken out.

you're being homo. but its either the top or the bottom that really sucks the most. i cant remember which. its because they have to use a hammer and break the tooth for one of those.
