I have the full version of Rosetta Stone with Spanish and German. There is an install CD and seperate language CD's for each language. I like it, it seems to work well. I wouldnt know how much it costs, if you know what I mean.
They actually make different language discs even for the same language, based on dialects. For example, there is a Spanish - Latin America and Spanish - Spain.. for German there is only one.
