uh oh.. NORTH CAROLINA.
ANY of you guys.. PLEASE.. does a Prayer for Judgement go on your record immediatly? As in you get prayer for judgement continued by the judge, then there is NOTHING put on your driving record UNLESS you fuck up again? Am I reading this right? If not.. I'm
LOCKET-D UP again... FUCKIN SYSTEM.. and yes, being charged with a bad thing with a car... nothing sick... Mods, If you gotta move this, PLEASE just wait a few posts from the NC guys... Lawyers will tell you anything to get your money... Felt like yall are my friends and I could count on yall for some help... I dont really get in the other sections much to post... THANKS!!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!! |

What you are talking about sounds like defered adjudication. That's when you don't have to pay the ticket, but instead you get probation for 6 mo. and if you don't get another ticket in that time frame...the prior doesn't go on your record. But if you do get another one you have to pay both tickets and then they go on your record.

yea but I dont know if I can do this in NC...
see I'm driving probabtion, and time if I get another CONVICTION... cant afford time for a supposed burnout in my 408 in front mcd'y's... soooo... either continue the case out the ass (7 months...) till I''m off the hook with proby.. or! Prayer for Judegment continued... I just need to know whether PJ will show up on my driving record when the DA looks at it in June... If not, fuck the lawyer... I will do this on my own.. But if not, I will get a lawyer to judge shop, get my case put off till july... badda bing badda boom... |

Dude...you can get a lawyer to tie it up for a loooooong time. It won't go on your record until there is a judgement.

If he's good he can. My lawyer used to tie them up for so long they were usually eventually dismissed.
