I f**k the weight away. Just hookup with a random skank everyday of the week for a month. You'll gain muscle, stamina, and burn fat. It's the greatest exercise in the world IMHO

+1 i tottaly agree!:

i drink them poweraide zeros insted of sodas.
and take them MEGAMAN vitamins.. they clear your whole system of all some big word.. and make ya feel alot better..

and another dont eat fast food.! carry water in your car like a case.. and if your starving down a bottle of water till ya get home!

eat healthy, use smaller portions, run for at least 30 minutes in the mornings at a steady pace and do your workouts in the evenings. if you want to build lean muscle and lose fat then dont lift heavy. body weight workouts are excellent and underrated. if you can do any of your normal sets with your regular body weight it will help you cut down fat, build lean muscle, and add to your agility

I remember the girls in High School starting to smoke cigarettes to lose weight back in the early 90s. I wonder how many are dead now?

I always say its a state of mind. We've been taught in America to always clean our plates and eat to excess. Every holiday or event revolves around food. You cant watch TV for 5 minutes without being bombarded by food adds. Hell, you cant even drive without passing a billborad or sign that advertises food... let alone passing a KFC, BK and Subway. Its a nasty cycle. The more we over eat the more the giants have money to encourage us to eat more. Eventually, we will all explode.

Until then, I say that you have to think "portions". Never Ever, ever,ever,ever,ever, ever stop eating what you like. Seriously, eat what you like! However Never,ever,ever,ever,ever,ever eat like an asshole. Dont eat until you are going to burst, just eat until you are satisfied and then STOP. Even if its only a bite or two left on your plate. Just stop. Those few bites add up to a few hundred calories a day and over time can seriously alter your metabolism and "mind set" towards food. The cool thing about this is that the only time its hard is for the 3 to 4 seconds you have to resist that last few bites.

That's what I'm doing. I substituted BAD things I like (chips, soda, chocolate, etc) with GOOD things I like (bananas, apple juice, banana chips, orange juice, etc)
and started eating sub sandwiches with just meat, cheese, and lettuce.

Cut down on carbs and your body will start to burn the fat you have stored.

Workout, go running, swimming, hiking, do alot of yardwork, ect.

eat plain oatmeal for breakfast. i know it doesnt taste good at all, but it really helps. its really healthy for you and kicks starts your metabolism in the morning. it keeps you full til until lunch. and those granola bars are healthy, but make sure its rolled whole oats. also check sugar content, some of those are way too high.
