Tryin to lose a little weight


Im not huge but I could shed a few pounds. I weighed about 160 when I graduated and im up to about 195 now. I was going to start by watching what and how much I eat a drinking nothing but water. I plan on also working out Mondays, wednesdays, fridays. And maybe a little on the weekends, finishing off every workout with a run. Anything else I need to do?

That should do it man. You could try an organic weight loss inhibitor like CLA. It's not bad for you like Hydroxy-Cut or some of the other crap out there. I have used it before and liked the results.

IM in the same boat as you man...

Since I quit football 2 1/2 years ago I grew 2 inches and put on 35lbs...

Im getting kinda flabby. If youre like 5'10'' I dont see a problem with liek 195 or anyhting in between...

I feel liek a fatass at 240lbs.

Join the Army! it helped me ALOT.. I weighed 205 going in, came out 173. And i'm still working out...I'd like to actually go up to 180, but i'd like those 7 extra pounds to be muscle...that would probably take 6-8 months to put on healthy though. lol

Seriously, eat smaller portions, cut out sodas, and stick to mostly water. If I were you I would trade the excess baggage for muscle and stay the same weight.

Well im also 6'6''....

I fit my body so to say. I still look somewhat buff somehow, but its slowly fading. My biceps are no longer 18''. Theyre now like 16''... Its gayness

When I played football this is how I lsot so much weight and put on so much muscle...


Id waked up in the morning and wouldnt eat breakfast ( i know not good for you, but I cant eat for like 2 hours after I wake up). Id workout at roughly 9:45AM and then go running after the owrkout and review plays. Then Id go to 3rd block and eat MAYBE a burger or chicken sammich. My meal at lunch for a year was either a chicken sammich and small portion of fries or one sammich. Now for a person my size, thats not eating ANYTHING. I was a big boy then and am even bigger now. At the time I was 6'4'' 230lbs. Doing that routine made me lose 15lbs of fat. I was looking good and was cut, but in no real way was it healthy...

just jog everyother night and do 50 pushups/situps in the morning and night. you will notice a difference fairly quick
