haha funny why would someone build those grandma cars thats pretty pointless in my book. I have built a 96gt mustang with a complete cobra swap from the ground up, now thats something to build and waste time on, not some cars that are seen driven by old folks.

I've seen many Cobra's and Cobra swapped cars. I've also seen a shit ton of modded Neons, Eclipes, etc, etc. How many modded Tempos? damn near none. Why? because its not easy. You have to research what parts will work, modify others, and custom fab the rest. How many Tempos do you see running a 12.0-14 in the 1/4 mile? i can count them all on one hand, and i'll be adding to that list in the near future. Its being different and unique. Pretty much the ultimate sleeper on the street.

Mine isnt this fast. and wont be for a while. I'm shooting for high 13's, but here is the proof. Actually has a 2.3 Lima turbo out of a Mustang or Turbocoupe. Only making 325HP

Mine is/will be a 2.3 HSC (stock Tempo block) with Forged pistons, bored .030", ported head, shaved head, 10.5:1 or 11:1 CR, header, custom intake manifold and bigger TB, light weight flywheel, weight reduction, and some juice.

I never beat one in my full bolt on, geared 03 GT. The 04's (or 05s) had serve tranny problems. My buddy has went through 3 in 56k. I think they are pretty cool none the less but would not own one. I had a cobalt ss that stomped them daliy
