gauging interest on my procharger

i'm buying a rubicon on friday so my stang is no longer going to be my daily driver.

i've decided to build a turbo kit for it. i have some things to sell along with the procharger kit so i will be able to put a turbo together, i'm gonna do it all myself.

thinkin about a 67mm turbo mounted behind the drivers side of the front bumper, with reversed shorty headers going into a y pipe right before the turbo. cool side will have very short distance to reach the intercooler. then from the turbo downpipe it'll have another y pipe routing the exhuast back the way it came and exiting down both sides to the cat-back.

i'll be getting a tubular k member and front suspension package, so my car will handle like a dream. the k member and headers are going to be $2k alone so its not gonna be cheap.

i'll be left with purchasing a new intercooler, wastegate, boost controller, appropriate piping, exhaust wrapping, and a tune.

what are yalls thoughts and opinions? i need to figure out how much i'm gonna sell the procharger kit for as well.

i saw that kit but i definitely would not buy it. you would scrape that piping on every bump on the road. just imagine if you slammed on the breaks when you're going fast! that piping would be history from the front end dropping.

i looked under my car after looking at that kit and theres no way i would route the piping under the k-member, its just too low.

I sold my P1SC kit for $1950 shipped minus fuel pump. My kit had about 15k on it...since your kit is newer you should easily get $2500 atleast for it.

Let me know if you want info on your Rubicon...a good friend of mine is a die hard jeep fanatic...dude has probably forgot more about them then most people know about them.

well i bought it for 3200 shipped so i hope i can get 3k for it..

the jeep is an 03 rubicon with a 5 speed, 1 inch body lift, rear bumper with highlift jack and independant swinging spare tire, upgraded stereo, rock sliders, rear swaybar sliders, and jks front swaybar disconnects. not a bad deal for 11.5k
