I went down to the Humane Society last weekend, and I saw this precious little guy in one of the kennels, I ran up and immediately put him on hold, after the Yard Check today, I went and picked him up!

he doesn't have an official name yet (his previous owners never named him!)
He is 3 years old and he was surrendered because he pissed on their kid.

Hes really overweight and has been eating some shitty pedigree dog food, so his coat looks like crap but it will be better soon enough!

They have to make sure your yard is safe for dogs.

I live in a Condo Complex I have a small patio, Then you have to tell them you will take the dogs for walks.

They do it because there are too many stupid people and stray dogs around, they want to make sure people are going to be responsible enough to own a pet.

yeah there are a lot of cats too, The animal shelter is packed full of unwanted dogs and cats.

pugs are the best. If this is your first pug you are in for a treat. They are very smart and personable. Yet they are very energetic. We have a 13 year old pug.

Oh an also never feed it people food. Pugs are freaking obsessed with food, more than other dogs. If you feed it people food it will be very hard to get it trained not to beg and focus just on food. Trust me on this.

cool pug... too hot here for pugs, my girlfriend got this badass puggle (pug-beagle), and he's really smart!

i always thought they were ugly dogs, but the wrinkles grew on me lol. but her dog is more beagle than pug...

anyhow, have fun with your new dog! they are great
