Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu (The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi) is a story about a high-school freshman, Suzumiya Haruhi, and those who are caught up in her antics. On the first day of school, she introduced herself in a bizarre way. "From East Middle School, Suzumiya Haruhi. I have no interest in ordinary humans. If there are any aliens, time travelers, sliders, or espers here.. come join me. That is all!" Her classmates wondered whether she was serious or just kidding around. Kyon, a fellow freshman who sits in front of Haruhi, was interested in her because of her strange introduction. Little by little, he tried to talk to her, but Haruhi's answers would always be "Shut up!" "Moron!" "Be quiet!" "Who cares about that!?". However, as the days went by, Kyon becomes the first ever to talk normally with Haruhi and eventually inspired her to form the SOS Brigade which sole purpose is to find aliens, time travelers and espers, and have fun with them |

im 6'1'' and 145 and i just do pushups and situps and have always had a 6 pack since i was a kid and stuff. almost beat my 6'0'' and 195lb lacrosse-playing bro in arm-wrestling. im just lean and cut from a fast metabolism and basic easy workouts.
i used to race bikes and had a very strong lower body and core. but my legs are pretty much shot to shit now. my toes pop when i walk, i can pop pretty much any part of my lower body, and my knees slip out all the time (like sideways). so i dont do much lower body workout fearing ill hurt myself. but being lean, its no biggy

i know i fucked my legs up bad on bike racing, but i can dislocate my knee and it hurts so bad i just have to lay down and straighten it out as fast as i can, then it pops back in. and its numb for about half a minute before i can put weight on it. my toes always pop when i walk. every one of them

back when i was a junior in highschool i benched 375lbs thats the highest i ever got before i had a tumor in my hand and destroyed my knee along with my football career.. Ive doing it alot more regularly now an got my bench press back to 305lbs.. Dont squat anymore thats what hurt my knee.. but i need to get bigger, i was on all kinds of supplements when i was younger all types of protein, multi vitamins, creatine (not all creatine is bad for you!!)

i lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week so i'm in the gym 6 days a week. LOL @ clenbuterol...nothing like an asthma medication to lose weight. But damn that shit works...never touched it as I have no need being 5 -10 weighing 163lbs lol. Wynnie and Tren will fuk you up too...if you're into a bulking phase and you want something serious check out T4 lol makes sus look like a joke, but it puts a hurtin on you. Never took any of this shit but know people who have lol its no joke.
