no thats 500 in acouple days that is gone.....i havnt seen it raise in atleast 6 months but yet every month i put money into it

markets are dropping faster than you are investing...and they are dropping more than you are adding lol...sucks but i believe in a business cycle and eventually things will turn around. How old are you? If you're young then don't worry about it

im 27......my 401k has some select items and i stick with them and have let it be since i started

i also have a roth ira that my uncle handles at edward jones and he works that and does what he needs to do to it

you're still young don't worry too much. I lost a couple grand this week too, it hurts but it will rebound. We're young its not a bad time for some bargains

THe only thing about trash is it can go bad as fast as it can go good. When you invest in "trash" there is a chance of it zeroing out. I will take my steady incline in well established companies with very little risk of it going to non-existant. BTW if you have all this money you have invested that your getting great return whats witht he other threads where you were laughing at people with IRAs and 401Ks?
