i changed my friends brakes, rotors, and wheel bearing and ball joints they are a pain in the a** on a dodge stratus

Damn, Im with you Zip. Ive been letting my son get some "wheel time" with me for the last month or so. In FL, he has his temps for a year before he can get a license. I told him that he has to keep a written log of time spent with me. He MUST have 10 hours per month for 12 consecutive months before I will let him have his license. The only way he can log time is if his homework is done (except when I let him drive the short distance home from the bus stop) and ONLY if ALL his grades are passing and acceptable.

Its funny, the kid drives like an old woman on these back streets in order to log more time. That was a nice unexpected effect of the time logging. I just want him to get comfortable. Right now he's not very confident....but Im getting him there. I'd rather have him have that healthy senc of fear and be over cautious at first than a maniac like I was.

Can it be something I didnt do... I had some little punk kid brake check me ( for no reason what so ever ) in the middle of a busy four lane road. And I didnt get out at the stop light and drag him out of his car? Does that count?
