Error Codes. (need help-computer guys)
My mom's desktop is getting 2 very off error codes. One of which is coming up when she opens an email with a song attached to it, downloads the song, and then the song wont play. The error code coming up says "CDDVDAccess.dll not found." It also comes up when she trys to load songs into programs like powerpoint that I have downloaded for her from Bittorrent.
The second message she gets on start-up of the computer. It says "xprt5.dll not found." At the top of the message it says IPHSend error. Any ideas what they could be? |

Go to DLL-files.com and serch for xprt5.dll and CDDVDAccess.dll. Once you've downloaded them extract them to the desktop (if they are in a zip file) and then copy the dll files to your C://windows/system32 folder. That should fix it

ah no problem man. Just do that anytime a .dll file gives you trouble. I dont know really why the dll files go missing or dont get installed when you install certain programs but that's how you fix it
