Saw a Shelby GT500KR today

I was just getting out of Kroger with my weekly groceries, and see a dude and his son pull up in a beeaaauutttiiiffuulll Shelby GT500KR.

I, of course, had to stop and check it out. My girlfriend didn't understand how rare of a car it was (probably just thought it was like mine, but a different color).

Lemme tell ya... that was one sweet fucking ride!!! And the front end actually looked good to me for some reason (I typically don't like the GT500 front end).

If I only had $80k to blow...

This reminded me of something I saw when I was in Korea. Not a Shelby, hell...not even a Mustang. But it surprised the shit out of me when I saw it in downtown Seoul.

i saw a guy riding a scooter....on the sidewalk.....with a mini fridge tied to his back in Korea

i saw one of the first KRs in the country and it looks almost identical to a normal GT500. I am a mustang fan so I know the differences but the exterior stuff they did was too subtle

KR's are sex, I just can't justify a $30,000 increase in price over a GT500 with only some slight changes

Oh, its for sure not worth the $80k price tag (or the $110k+ they go for). I think a KR is more of a collector car than anything. Super limited production, and just pure sex on the eyes. I thought it looked quite a bit nicer than your standard GT500, but no, not $30k nicer.
