mac products

my 10 year old flowmaster rusted through so we just ripped the pipe off...now i need a new exhaust on dont really have the money for the magna packs i want, and i want something different from the flowmasters.. i thought i wouyld give mac a try, there 2.5 system with 3" tips are 329.99 plus 50 bucks shipping. is there any vendors on here that could do better? and how good is that system? and mac overall?

Mac's song badass, get them with a pro chamber though. Also consider Pipes Violators, they're cheaper and don't sound to bad.

thanks fm1r... whats the quality on the pypes stuff? anygood? i got about 10 years out of these flowmasters. im hoping for at least 5 years outa anything else.

Both the Mac and the Pypes are considerably louder than flows. Pypes is a stainless steels system, so I would say that it's pretty good quality.

ive seen all those. i really do appreciate you taking the time to help me man. i think im going to go with the mac. i used to have a pro chamber but sold it to a friend of mine cause at the time i needed the money. then i fell into a bassani x pipe... i wanna go back to the pro chamber though and i love the sound of that with the mac exhaust...

this is just a quick fix. mac isnt what i REALLY want. its what my check book wants...thats why i said if i can get at least 5 years outa the mac system i'll be very pleased. i eventually want magna paks with x pipe...

hmm good stuff fm1r. thanks again dude. i just ordered the mac 2.5 kit with 3 inch tips. 365 shipped from lethal. i dont think i went wrong at all. if that gets me 5 good years i'll be totally happy.
