1 per year. I new the judge the 2nd time so he let me take the class again. Needless to say I don't know the judge down here in College Station...

Ur fine my friend had a v6 mustang i really truly couldnt tell you how many tickets he has had at least 3-4 but he has been in a accident wasnt his fault which messed up his car not to bad though. He sold it got a 2004 black gt. Ive also been in one accident only reason im saying that it goes along with the story. Ok yea so it was last November it rained/snowed so it got really slippery out and he end up rolling it and totaling his gt and now he has a Audi TT and he is still on his insurance. But the funny thing is me, the kid in the story and my other buddy all got in a accident on the same night..kinda crazy. It was the first time i was drivin in the winter with my stang and didnt have a chance to get weight in the trunk and my back end swung out and i did a 360 and my back end hit a small tree it messed up my quarter panel and trunk lid but that was a very rude awakening.. So anyway back on track you should be fine with one ticket if my friend had all of those!

Then don't sweat it. Take it to court on you own (no lawyer) They will reduce it to under 10 over just so they don't have to waste the courts time with such a minor offence.

& slow down!! How many tickets does it take before you wake up?

You can try for deferred adjudication if your last ticket wasn't issued in the same jurisdiction. Generally you just have to pay the fine and sign a promise to not get more tickets. Although you really do have to slow down then. The court will hammer you if you get another ticket within the designated time, which is generally six months. If you successfully complete it, the ticket never hits your driving record. Good luck.

Call the court and ask what they require. Like most businesses, they usually just want your money. You can always try setting a trial date and seeing if the Officer will show up. The prosecuter will probably offer you a deal at some point during pre-trial. It might be something good.
