I am just curious what cars you guys have owned in the past and what you own now. I'll start.

My first car was a '66 VW Bug, barely drove it because it never kept running. Also had a '71 that needed a motor rebuild. Never got around to it. lol

Next came a '63 Chevy Nova 4 door, 3 on the tree, 235 Straight 6. Drank about a quart of oil per tank of gas and had a horrible rod knock but got me around good for about 6 months. Bought it for 200 bucks and after I left for boot camp my mom sold it for 500. lol

Then I had a '92 LX 5.0 Hatch with an AOD. Purchased the car with 50k miles and drove her for 5 years then sold her with 105k miles. Great car, just didn't like the AOD.

My next ride was a '95 SVT Cobra, fun car, my first car that I really modded. Made some stupid mistakes and it never ran like it should have. Learned alot with this car. Bought her with 78k and sold her with 100k.

While I still had the '95 Cobra I bought a '00 Lightning. First experience with F/I. Installed intake, cat-back and some other little odds and ends. I loved this truck but after I sold my Cobra I was daily driving the Lightning and 10mpg didn't cut it. Bought the truck with 20k miles and traded it in with 29k.

The car I traded the Lightning in for was an '04 Subaru WRX STI, bought it brand new and owned the car for 4 years. Spent WAAAAAY too much money in mods and was going to have to spend alot more to get it above the 367whp and 374 wtq it had when I sold it with 32k on the odometer. During the time I owned the STI I also had a '90 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX which was supposed to be a project. I lost intrest and sold it after owning the car 6 months.

Now I have my '03 Cobra which I absolutely love. I also have an '05 Mazda 3 Hatchback that is the family wagon, coupled with a '96 Integra GSR 4 door as my daily driver. Last but not least is the '91 Notch I just bought.

1992 LX 5.0 Hatchbacks with AOD FTW!

first car was/is a white '92 LX 5.0 hatch.. bought it september 18, 2007 with 93k miles stock except for flowmasters.. it now has almost 97k miles and it has a cold air intake and BBK o/r H-pipe

then i went half and half with my dad on a 1993 ranger that belonged to my sister's boyfriend.. we got it looking real good, took out the stuff we wanted, then sold it for a profit

then i bought a 1993 LX coupe 4 banger.. it's going to be my project car and i will start building it whenever i decide what i want to do to it

then i bought a white 1990 LX 5.0 hatch with AOD.. almost identical to my '92 except the '90 isn't near as nice.. it was too good of a deal to turn down so i figured i could atleast use it as a donor car to do a v8 swap in my coupe

still have all 3 of the mustangs

'90 Mazda Miata- inherited from a friend who was moving out of town. had 2 motors, both in various states of disassembly, nothing labeled. i decided it wasn't worth the time to rebuild, so i got rid of it.

* I got to drive my parents 1991 Ford F150 with 120k miles on it while in high school. At 9mpg they knew I couldn't get too far.
* Left for college and bought a 1988 Ford Ranger with 190k miles and the HUGE 2.0L engine. No power but that motor runs like a clock and got ~21mpg! Sold to my younger brother as his high school vehicle.
* Graduated college and bought a 2003 Mustang GT with 43k miles. This is my current car. I'm looking for a cheap FWD beater car to drive.
