Anything you can think of. There are tons of nice places to eat, little nic nac shops out the wazoo, hiking, horse back riding, white water rafting, a lot of scenic drives. Then there is the more typical touristy attractions like go kart tracks, bungee jumping, arcades, ect...
It is a really beautiful place to have a wonderful time at.
