Should know i dont need insilin...(Hint: Its not that bad) And most of the black (Glucose) Around the cracks of my hands and on my neck cleared up after i lost weight.

(Hint: I went on a 1600 Calorie diet)

the calories and the glucose in your diet are 2 different things.
how would I know that you don't need insulin? Do I have your chart in front of me?
Try eating more carbs. they are simple glucose.

Sorry for the site being down. Everything is up and running smooth now. My host company had issues at the time. I tried working with their third world customer service team from India and lets just say that didn't go well. One of the Big Wigs called me here in Japan and they compensated me for the troubles. Everything is good now! Now I will be able to go out to the other sites that I normally visit.
