pretty much slept all day today. the pain has gotten worse so i'm going to ask the doctor about upping my morphine so maybe i can try to eat or drink something tomorrow

not much of an update, but it's all i've got as of right now

oh, listen to this crap

one of my nurse practitioners has no clue what she's doing, and it's really pissing me off. both of my other nurse practitioners realize how badly i need pain medicine right now, but this one, for some reason is very set on weening me off very soon. one of my other NPs said that pam (the NP i don't like) had promised all my nurses starbucks gift cards if they weened me off the morphine completely before she returned in the next few days

that explains why i woke up in the middle of the night in extreme pain. i looked over and one of the nurses cut off my morphine supply completely while i was sleeping so she could get her free starbucks card

by the way, sorry if my sentences aren't making sense, i'm so drugged up right now that they make sense to me but i don't know how they turn out when yall read them

omg bwal i'm at a loss of words right now.. i hope you hang in there man, you definitely have a stong soul and you have been hanging in there much better than i ever could. i've never had anyone close have cancer so i have no idea how hard it must be for you and your family. you're in my thoughts and prayers bro! i know you'll pull though this, i know it.

they said that since i'm legitimately in tons of pain, i wont get addicted to it. they told me that the only people who get addicted are people who use it when they don't need it

man, when they first told me i had cancer, i was like "ok, so?"

i knew how great technology was, and i knew i had nothing to worry about with the outcome, but nobody ever told me the process would be this hard. i'm tired of people telling me it wont be that bad, then my side effects being 100x worse due to the location of my cancer. for example, with radiation, every single person (atleast 15 people) told me i wouldn't even be able to feel it. the worst response i got was "it will just feel like a mild sunburn"

well why the hell have i been in the hospital for almost a month now unable to eat, drink, or talk, barely breathe with the whole entire side of my face scabbed over?

i'm tired of this crap

I know, I was in there for 16 days. I used to get frustrated, too. It'd just make me angry and make me want to get better even more though.

I was on bed rest for 6 months. Literally, six months of spending nearly every single hour of the day in bed. Thank god I had a laptop. My room was upstairs, too. So I had to take a room downstairs which sucked. It felt like I wasn't even home.

yeah, hopefully i will be able to eat before i leave.. a feeding tube is the last thing i want right now, which is a huge possibility if i'm not able to eat in the next few days

yeah, got a 1989 LX. H/C/I, full exhaust, headers, suspension, tremec 5 speed, pretty nice inside and out, runs great, previous owner ran 12.60's on drag radials with it. i got it for my birthday and my dad only paid $1400 for it

and yeah, i would love that, but i have like zero money. you can bet your ass that when this is all over, i will do whatever it takes to have a decent job because i am going to buy everything i have ever wanted
