I actually traded it for my stock hood with a guy locally because the procharger he was installing was hitting it.

Me too, all except for the West Coast? sticker on the back. I personally am disgusted by stickers, unless they are like out of sight car club stickers on a side window or something. It kills the clean look for me.

Yes there are, but I improved the solution for a while, haha. I went to ace hardware and bought some little black plugs that fit nice and snugg in the holes and doesnt really look to bad.
