here is a sample list... not very descriptive, but a rough Idea...

at 11.00-11.50 need a 5 point harness, fire jacket, helmet, driveshaft loop, 6 point roll bar

at 10.00-10.99 you need a SFI approve flywheel/flexplate, need tranny shield SFI approved, SFI engine damper, and other odds and ends...

so ill only tech down to 11.50s and thats it

Here is the work I got done today...

Pedal assembly swap, now Automatic

Sealing the Firewall

What I made today

Dash back in place

I dropped probably around 45-50 pounds with all the stuff I took out. And its going to be really easy to wire up those gauges now too without all the bulk behind there.

Well... The Manual Brake Master Cylender is in... now I got to plumb all the fittings for it, and put in a pressure brake light switch, I cannot use the stock one with this kit. But it drops quite a bit of weight and cluster.

Before:

AFter:

I also got my gauge panel completely done and repainted. Here is what it looks like now.

And I have gotten a little of the wiring done. Explained in the Videos. I now no longer need a key to roll up the windows or down. And I can now use the radio wires and heat/ac wires to power my switches and gauges. Oh all with the factory chassis harness! Thanks for the Help commandersafi

Got the steering colum back in and my blinkers, flashers, head lights, tail lights (off the switch, got to put a pressure switch in for my manual conversion), wipers and all of that works! I got the hardest part of the car done! Now its to the easy wiring which I should finish today, and then plumbing of the car!

Everything is wired up, except the Nitrous/Transbrake and the fuel pump. Everything also works, well I cant test the ignition, but everything else works...

Here is the Line Lock mounted and wired

Here is the Purge and Nitrous noid mounted and purge wired

Here is the MSD 6AL mounted and wired

and here is the gauge mount and steering wheel back in

And here is the back with the fuel cell vent hose on, and no nitrous bottle back there, moving it to where the passenger seat was...

are you going to clean everything up?? like keep wires tucked in/neat and keep everything hidden?? that would look so nice... but i know you sorta cant wait to get this thing on the track so im sure that stuff will come later down the road

just a reminder, if you hide wires that makes them a tad harder to get to... on some occasions. Just saying, encase you have a short in your MSD, but all the wires are tangled up and hidden and you can't change it fast enough...

and, i'm done talking.

Fuel System was started...But I need a few more fittings. Did Test it and it does not leak, and it pumps the fuel pretty damn fast.... (made a mess everywhere)... Its kinda wierd though, after the fuel pump has been shut off, fuel still would come out of the OUTPUT line as a dribble. I think the regulator will take care of that.

Jeff is going to make an Airbag Delete for the passenger side, and then mount my Window switch in the center of it.

And here is the nitrous put together now...

Just have to wire up the trans brake and nitrous, which I got all the parts for now, so ill try and do that tommorow.

My engine's Pistons should be here tommorow, and I pick up the tranny tommorow! I am really getting excited with this car... looks like were about two weeks from completion.
I plugged my fan in to make sure it worked, and sure enough it worked! So all that is left is the nitrous/transbrake.

Also going to try and get the brake lines for the line lock finished. Anybody know where I can get steel line and a double flare tool? I figured out that I have all the fittings I need right at work..

Hey Matt, what's done to the rear other than gears? Also, are you still running on stock control arms?

nothing with the rear end... But I know that I am going to need an ipgrade, as last year, I was startig to peg leg. A spool with 33 splines and 9 in ends will go on.

Oh and stock suspension others than springs. I pulled 1.64 last year, but I think I'm going to have problems hooking up off the transbrake.
