New House!!!
Got approved, signed the contract today, pick up the keys tomorrow. Sold by the bank for about $13K under it's value. Appraised at $100K, purchased for $87K. No out of pocket costs for me, seller pays closing costs. Being a disabled vet has sweet perks! VA approved. It's in a no-crime neighborhood, on the rich side of town. Surrounded by $100-400K homes on all sides.
