hey guys...

its been a while.. anyhow i kno this is in the wrong section but i will b getting my license back in a few months (finally after yrs!!) and iv been saving money... so what should i do.. buy a new (05-06) V6 or GT... orr an older cobra? im lookin to spend about 20k

Why'd you lose your license? Insurance on any V8 Mustang may be rediculous for you depending on that reason.

Check your insurance rates, as everything else will be pretty similar costwise. Anyone who says get a V6 for the fuel economy doesn't know what they're talking about (seriously, if 1-2mpg is enough to make it so you can't afford it, don't get a Mustang in the first place).

Hrm... definitely check rates before buying anything, then, as anything intoxicant-related is going to make your rates go through the roof. You might want to get an old 2WD pickup instead of a Mustang - cheapest insurance I ever had was for my '67 Chevy shortbed pickup.

You can buy an 03/04 cobra for around 20k. dont get a six.

i got my owi feb of 08 since then iv been drivin a 93 f150
but im about ready to buy a stang again
