the flash wont make the picture look like that
it will just add light

as far as i know
you can only do it w/ slr's
you change the meter to -2 0 +2
and hold down the button until it takes three pictures

yes... technically I can do this with my camera phone... (which is 3 MP)
any camera with the ability to shoot different exposures... some point and shoots have the option in the manual mode

the better the camera the better the image though of course...

here's how... (click the picture on the page for a tutorial)

How-To Make HDR Images - - PopPhotoApril 2007

other than that... search around, there's probably youtube tutorials... personally I've had a hard time with HDR... can never get it to come out better than what I can do with editing programs like adobe lightroom...

The truth is that the camera does help, but is only as good as the photographer . Photoshop can be an easy way out while learning. But you still need everything triple a said flashes help also they bring out the spots that are under exposed. But lenses play a part also. Those photos are taken by professionals who have thousands of dollars of equipment.

here ya go...
KODAK EASYSHARE CX6330 Zoom Digital Camera User Manual

^^that shows how to adjust your kodak's exposure settings...

you'll want at least 1 dark (-1), 1 regular (0), and 1 light (1) each... you can do more than that if you want, but 3 usually works... (ex. -2, -1, 0, 1, 2 exposures is possible also)

tripod and a very steady hand

the HDR program will help you line up the 3 photos to as close to matching as possible

You're basic little point and shoot job won't take a pic like of that Subie. You will need a DSLR for a pic of that quality.
