I Fricken Love Spam!!!!
Serioulsy though, i can only eat it like twice a year, gets old very quickly. Spam and eggs is the bomb.

Its best fried in a pan. Its not that bad. and its actually not that cheap its like 4 or 5 bucks for a can of it.. you can get a pound of ground beef for that.

Vons Its like almost 4 bucks.

Spam is made of the Shoulder meat of Pigs and some regular Ham added

Hence..SPAM

It isn't as bad as some hot dogs.
