I rode in a Turbo Beetle once... most uncomfortable seats I've ever had the displeasure to sit in outside of an early Korean car... no, I take that back. They were the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in, period.

And, why would you tolerate being in a Beatle when you have the option of being in ANYTHING else?

Old ones or new ones? I mean, Baja bugs are bad ass, but new ones... <shudder>. The only exception to that is the TDI bugs - I've seen a modded one that was pushing 130+hp... and over 410 lbs of torque. Seriously.
