New kit car Bradley GT
My dad bought a kit car Bradley GT this weekend. Its just the body and it was $50.00. But we are going to get a chassis for is soon and put that thing together this winter and next summer. It can only fit a 4cylinder, soooooooo were not sure what to put in that thang yet. MM have any thoughts?
The first picture is my grandpa's before he sold it.(the kid in the picture is some kid that owned it about 5 years back) This is the same stye we just bought. we were thinking yellow |

Should be a neat project. Would be awesome with a small v-6 or a newer injected 4 cylidner.

toyota 2azfe,
can be mounted vertically or horizontally opposed, built for 9psi of boost from factory so it can handle power you want out of it, has a very strong torque curve so you want be chugging around and with a well managed exhaust can sound ever nice. also has been the power plant for the Camry for years so it is very reliable as well as easy to find parts for, and with the new relase of the tC a big aftermarket world as well, you can get one brand new for about 3-4.5k

SR20DET or CA18DET
4G63 or a EJ257 but I think the EJ (subaru engine) would be too wide |

There is one of those on the way up to the track, always wondered what it was. Does the bumper have to stick out like that?

a vr6 from a GTI would be a good motor as well, its a w6 but the pistons are barely bigger than a sliver dollar

3S-GTE: Easy to find, easy to get parts for, was offered in at least 3 different guises stateside (Early Celica AllTrac, MR2 Turbo, late Celica AllTrac) 200-225hp in stock trim, 275 with minor mods, 400 hp streetable, or 6-700hp in nutso full-race trim.
I'm assuming when you say it can only fit a 4-cylinder, you mean an inline 4 - that throws out the Suby, VW, and Porsche motors. 2.3L out of a fox is a decent motor, but WAY too heavy. In stock trim, they're only about 30 lbs lighter than a 5.0.

okay, I take it back then.
I'd go with the early WRX motor - the EJ20T 2.0L turbo. Stone reliable, and more than enough power for that car, especially if people are used to putting 50hp bug motors in 'em.

The reason they put bug motors in them is becasue there fan cooled. No radiator(rear engine) so we are probebly going to hop up a bug engine to 200hp and drop that in there. or put an engine out of an older porsche 911 in it.
