They need 2 larger engine options as well as the base V6 option and standard GT, that would really follow up on there customization ideals. recreate the boss 302 with a 5.0 engine in it as well as the option for the cobra jet 428.

In my opinion this would spark consumer desire and would also help ford with profits, if they could figure out a effective cost of production/loss kinda ratio. I know if there were the option and if I weren't in college and had a real full time job and there was an option of a 428 I would be all over that no matter how much it was, with in reasonable pricing, if its more then a corvette never mind.

There other versions that also add power & performance. But guess what? Then it's the other song & dance. More BS about how those cost to much, just mod you GT & you'll have a faster car for less.
I think Ford gives us plenty of options.

if ford is going to claim "we still have the most customizable car available" then they need to own up, the difference between a V6 and V8 with different color choices isn't much to brag about, yea there are bullitts, rousches, saleens, and what not, but thats not really a ford thing, its getting more into after market, with the exception of bullitt and cobra.

plus, you got to admit, if they put at least a 351 in their mustang, you would make a mess in your pants,

The V6 mustangs out sell all the other mustangs combined.
