Hey guys, so i live in Michigan, and today wasn't the best weather. There for i did not take my car to school because we all know mustangs are not the best in bad weather. I get home from school and my mom says she needs to talk to me about something important so i sit down to here what she has to say. She starts off by saying your brother had a car accident today and we are all thankful that he is ok. But the car is tolted. The whole time im just glad that he is ok, and still thinking that it is his car that is wrecked. and then she comes out and says and it was your car! I didn't know what to think and still just cant believe this whole thing. He lost control doing about 60 mph and wrapped it around a tree. There were no other cars involved and thank god he is ok. But im very mad at him because he knows he isn't suposto be driving my car. i don't know what to do from this point. also what do you guys think insurance will give me for my car? it was an 02 GT with 40k on it. What a bad day

Nope no reason to drive my car. his was out of gas and he is to cheep to put gas in is own car so he takes mine on occasion. we have had talks about this and he knows the rules. but today he really f'd up. hopefully he will learn a lession from this one.

Yeah, I have two stangs and I found another way to work this morning without having to drive the two stangs. I had my neighbor drive me in (it was snowing in PA). My civic is outta gas, go figure lol

No i havent talked to him yet. he is to scared to face what he has done now i havent seen him all night so we will see tomorrow. im going to the place tomorrow where my car is at to take a look at it. it will be a crappy feeling to see it

What ever they want. That's whats gay about insurance. You can't really get an idear because you could think you're going to get an alright amount, but then get like the shittiest amount. Or if you get the good end you get the full kbb of the car. Who knows

dude that blows, thank god he is ok tho,, but that story makes me re think my decision in letting my brother drive my car while he is home because im not. he is supposed to be in tomarrow and im seriously pondering what i should do.

What kind of insurance do you have? Should be able to cover it if it is above liability. Be thankful your brother is ok at least. Im one of the few on here that can't say that.

If insurance can't cover it though he will make it up to you sooner or later Or should at least, i know i would..
