Way to mess up a thread guys ......the Sniper software makes changes based on input you enter in the software do the modifications you make to your car , it will then build a safe tune to run on your car , if you are a true DIY person then the software is great for you , if you want to pay thru the nose for someone else to tune your car stick with the others

now im not bashing sniper at all bc before my turbo it was great and worked perfect for my basic bolt ons, but unless ur know ur stuff and have all the software to do it, its just easier to take it to get dynoed by someone else

the basic special forces software is pretty easily used for ur basic tuning, but for the advanced stuff u need the commando software and u need to know a shit ton on tuning before messing with that.

Wow even the mod's are de-railing threads now? Anywayz, tuning isn't that hard as long as you know what your adjusting. You just can't go in with some software and start tweaking stuff to see what it does. As long as you have basic knowledge of the system your using and a grasp of how to point and click and add things to a "excel" type sheet. You can do it. Get yourself a few books. Read up on tuning and do it yourself.

Its not that hard. It just requires the effort before hand to not screw things up.

well stated , Woody's car had a dead miss in it , NON tune related , he gave up on tuning it because he had other issues and decided to take his car to a shop to get those issues fixed and then got them to tune it with their software while it was there ....

The advanced stuff can be done just as easy with a little effort to datalog and adjust a few times after the initial tune is made
